Celebrating an incredible 50 years behind the decks, Fada Rebbs is a highly experienced and versatile DJ with a passion for Reggae, Soul, Funk and all styles of EDM, while equally at home playing Pop, Motown and classic party favourites.
His DJ journey began at just 14 years old, building and playing on his own reggae sound system East London’s Marshall Sound System before progressing into parties, dances and clubs four years later.
His career has taken him through some of London’s most respected venues, including a residency at the legendary 100 Club, alongside some of London’s top reggae DJs, as well as Soul nights at Moonlighting in the West End of London and a stint at the iconic WAG Club.
As well as being extremely versatile in all genres of party music Rebbs specialises in Reggae Revival 60s to 80s, Rare Groove, Neo Soul, Jazz Funk, Lovers Rock and Roots. If you ever listened to Tony Williams’ Rhythm 365, Blazing Radio and Spice Radio 1 you know exactly what we’re talking about.
Today, Fada Rebbs continues to bring his wealth of experience and love of music to every event. Now you can feel, hear and see the FADA REBBS experience right here on Vibrant Radio. 3-6pm Saturday and 2-5pm Sunday.
