This October, the UK celebrates Black History Month under the powerful theme:

“Standing Firm in Power and Pride.”

It’s a call to honour resilience, celebrate identity, and showcase the brilliance of Black communities past, present, and future.

Throughout October, Vibrant Radio will host themed shows spotlighting the artists and genres that shaped generations — reggae, soul, hip hop, Afrobeat — reminding us that every beat tells a story of strength and pride.
